No, it has not beat Endgame in total earnings. In the first weekend it was out, John Wick 3 beat Endgame’s earnings for that weekend, knocking Endgame out of the top earnings slot for that weekend. John Wick 3 is not going to out earn Endgame overall by any stretch of the imagination.

However, the earnings were strong enough to guarantee more John Wick movies, to the great rejoicing of a very large number of people, myself included. So, until May of 2021, all of us John Wick fans will have to make do with rewatching the first three movies.
